Mae Engelgeer

Dutch textile designer Mae Engelgeer studied at the Amsterdam Fashion Instituut and the Sandberg Instituut, specializing in textile design and applied arts. In collaboration with WG Design Studio, she developed several upholstery textiles, a drapery fabric, and a digital print wallcovering. Exploring asymmetrical compositions of graphic elements and variations in texture, Engelgeer’s collection draws on the craftsmanship and authenticity of Dutch Modernism, translated through a 21st Century lens.

Frank Tjepkema


Designer Frank Tjepkema has provoked audiences through his art and exhibition pieces, presented in galleries worldwide and in the permanent collections of the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Founder of Tjep., an Amsterdam-based design studio, he developed "Tjep.Cubism" for Wolf-Gordon. This collection, which includes wallcoverings, an upholstery textile, and a sheer drapery fabric, explores patterning variations on a cube.

Boym Partners

Constantin and Laurene Boym bring a critical, experimental "wit of the everyday" to each product they design. Their objects are included in museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, and they were honored with the National Design Award in Product Design, in 2009. Drawing from their travel experience, they apply a unique and intelligent creative filter to wallcovering patterns for Wolf-Gordon.

Kevin Walz

Kevin Walz

Internationally recognized artist and designer Kevin Walz is known for his interiors and signature product lines created for lighting, carpets, fabrics, and furniture. His highly textural “Overlay/Underlay” collection for Wolf-Gordon explores two-sidedness, translating his hand drawn and painted processes into serially produced patterns for wallcovering and high performance upholstery.

Grethe Sørensen

Grethe Sørensen

Grethe Sørensen is an award-winning Danish textile artist who works in digital jacquard and print. She is credited with revolutionizing the art of tapestry by inventing a method that translates photographic pixels into thread. Sørensen created a stunning upholstery textile, Millions of Colors, and three Type II wallcoverings for Wolf-Gordon.

Calvin Tsao and Zack McKown, founding principals of Tsao & McKown Architects, apply their design wisdom to building programs from the scale of residential architecture to the city. Laurinda Spear

Laurinda Spear

Laurinda Spear, FAIA, founding principal of Arquitectonica, has designed many of her firm’s signature projects and won over a hundred design awards. She also established ArquitectonicaInteriors and Laurinda Spear Products, which has over 150 products on the market under dozens of global brands. Spear’s tropical and highly graphic designs for Wolf-Gordon revolutionized commercial wallcovering and remain popular among specifiers.

Patty Madden

The name “Patty Madden” is synonymous with elegant, transitional wallcovering design. Madden is equally involved in the technical aspects of creating new products and in design development, having pioneered engraving and production methods in order to achieve the spectacular results she is known for.

Petra Blaisse

Dutch designer Petra Blaisse works in a multitude of creative arenas, including textile, interior, landscape, and exhibition design. Realistic images of tactile materials transform walls from hard, two-dimensional planes into soft, flexible, and intriguing surfaces.

Karim Rashid

Industrial designer Karim Rashid applied his upbeat pattern and color sensibility to five wallcoverings for Wolf-Gordon’s "Digital Nature" collection. His intriguing manipulations of geometry yield forms reminiscent of plant and animal life, in neutral, bold, and metallic combinations.
